Abstract

One of the main criteria for assessing the quality of human resources in a company is sales volume. Quality human resources are created through effective and efficient education and training programs. One of the activities of Bandung City KUKM Office is Digital Marketing Education and Training which aims to develop the skills, abilities and knowledge of MSME entrepreneurs in Bandung. The researcher uses quantitative techniques in conucting thing research. This research was conducted at Diskop UKM Bandung City, namely: the head of Balatkop, Balatkop staff, and 125 mentees. Likert scale was used in the measurement and multiple regression analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25 in this study.

The results of this study indicate that digital marketing education and training each have a significant and positive influence on the sales volume of MSME-supported actors at the Bandung City Cooperative and UKM Office, and each digital marketing education and training together influence the sales volume of MSME-supported actors at the Bandung City Cooperative and UKM Office.
